fully guarantees the quality, freshness and integrity of all our
products. If you or the person receiving your order is unsatisfied,
we will take the following step(s), as deemed appropriate:
1. If the product quality is compromised due to our actions, we can
replace it or extend full credit. We reserve the right to request that
such merchandise is returned to us for inspection by our quality control
experts. We will arrange for the return of such merchandise at no cost
to you or the recipient.
2. If merchandise
arrives damaged to its destination, please contact us immediately.
While we are not responsible to the actions of our Shipper (UPS),
the Shipper typically provides insurance against damages to merchandise
in transit. You will receive your refund as soon as UPS issues its
refund to us.
3. If merchandise
arrives late to its destination (as prescribed by our Shipper UPS
guarantees), UPS usually refunds the shipping charges. If you experience
any delay, please contact us immediately. You will receive your
refund as soon as UPS issues its refund to us.
4. In the rare case that an item you order is sold out we will contact
you to offer alternative items for shipment. If you order a gift basket,
and one of the ingredients is sold out, we will replace it with a similar
item of equal or greater value.
A Word of Advice! Because we handle food products, we can not accept
return of merchandise unless our guarantee of quality, freshness and
integrity is compromised. We offer hundreds of products, from sweet
to spicy, from soup to nuts. Please take time to carefully select and
order the Austinuts products you wish to enjoy, or wish to share with
